0x0E Voltages (or "Voltage Group")

Used to transmit voltage telemetry from the craft to the transmitter. Can be used to report battery cell voltages, or a group of associated voltages from a single source.

Interpretation of the type of voltages is dependent on the source_id selected for reporting:

0..127: Interpret as cell voltages of a single battery, up to 29S. Multiple batteries may be reported using multiple 0x0E frames with different source_ids. e.g. 0 = battery 1 cells, 1 = battery 2 cells, etc,
128..255: Interpret as general voltages measured from a single source. For example, an ESC might report incoming voltage, BEC output voltage, and MCU voltage as a single source_id and use additional source_ids for reporting multiple ESCs. e.g. 128 = ESC 1, 129 = ESC 2, etc

Yea, there's quite a few new additions to the protocol itself since Team BlackSheep officially released it.
I am currently re-factoring CFA as we speak and I want to include the newer telemetry fields. So what you suggested here will be a part of that.

At this point, I have needed to do a complete-and-total rewrite of CFA after bringing in some much needed improvements to my quality control pipeline (such as using CPP Check and Clang Tidy both in tandem, where one catches what the other one might miss). The amount of defects it spotted was too overwhelming for me otherwise.

So I have effectively dismantled everything, and am re-building it back up in a much leaner (and more readable) format. So far, I have done a rudimentary "proof of concept" re-implementation of the RC Channels Event and once I have wrapped that up into a proper part of the new Sketch API (replacing the existing Sketch Layer), I'll use that as a reference for the rest of the re-build.

It needed to happen anyway, because before Team BlackSheep released the official specifications, I had to directly copy Betalfight's implementation for the RC channels and telemetry, and I had to use ExpressLRS' code-base as reference for their Link Statistics packets. That was far from ideal, but it's better than not making CFA at all.
