A feature that restore queues and currently playing track with their effects still intact like Nightcore, Volume, Bass Boost if set, whenever Quaver restarts only with and if 24/7 is enabled.
Maybe also a disable/enable switch for this particular feature on settings as well since this is heavy on certain things, just an optional thing for bot owners.
