• There should be one instance i think that coordinates the other instances
• When the main instance is occupied or pinged, the other available instance would entertain and join the channel as if they're called.
• No need to register slash commands on the other instances.
• The other instances know when to ignore or when to entertain other users that need them on the voice channel
