PermissionError #40

when running training this error appear
PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: 'C:\Users\Ali\AppData\Local\Temp\tmpst5_0gu5\tmpp7oo0zqw.py'

and stil the same error when running with adminstration acess
any help?
