Could you try to use virtual env like Anaconda to run the code under PyTorch1.3 ?

Sorry for late response.

I tried the Colab code. PyTorch changed its API since 1.0.0 ... I forgot it... Sorry.
The released code is developed under PyTorch 0.3.1, as said in the README file. So I believe the code works well under PyTorch 0.3.1. Could you try it?
