Windows - device not found [up to 2.0.7]

Switching on Z-Uno under Windows (7,8,10) you will get at first a "device not found" after connecting USB power.
You must press once reset - then all will be ok.

I think it is any timing problem with USB - had the same issue with Atmel 32u4 if clock was wrong.

Can your recheck this with release(not RC) 2.0.7?
