[FEATURE]: Update the contributor update bot

💡 The Pitch

The repo uses a GitHub Actions bot to mention all contributors in README.md. But it adds a GitHub Actions bot in the readme too and keeps making a PR even if all contributors are present.

🤔 Why do we need this?

To decrease the amount of PR made and have less clutter in the Readme.

Identify the exact error in the ci/cd pipeline for making multiple PRs and then solve them. Then proceed to eliminate adding any bot/ai agent in readme(claude, coderabbit, github actions, kio, Kiro, etc.).

Hi @Yuvraj-Sarathe, I would like to work on this issue! As this is an L3 (Core CI/CD Architecture) task, here is my detailed technical proposal to fix the pipeline bugs:

🔍 Root Cause Analysis

1. Bot Inclusion: The GitHub API fetches all contributors, which inherently includes github-actions[bot] and other AI agents (like Claude, CodeRabbit). Since they are not filtered out in the workflow, they get injected into the README.
2. Multiple Redundant PRs: The GitHub API can return contributors with the same number of commits in a non-deterministic order. Because the jq filter strips the contributions count and the Node script doesn't sort the array deterministically, the generated HTML table order fluctuates randomly between CI runs. This causes git diff --quiet README.md to detect a change (false positive), triggering the creation of redundant PRs even when no new human contributors were added.

🛠️ Step-by-Step Implementation Plan

1. Update .github/workflows/contributors.yml:
   • Filter out bots: Modify the embedded Node.js script to filter out any user whose login includes [bot], ends with -bot, or matches specific known AI agents (claude, coderabbit, kio, kiro).
   • Deterministic Sorting: Update the jq filter to retain the contributions count. Sort the filtered array by contributions (descending) and then alphabetically by login (ascending) as a tie-breaker. This guarantees the HTML table is perfectly stable, fixing the false-positive git diff and stopping the redundant PR loop.
