Modifying the glyphs — In my logo I'll slightly modify the letterforms:
mirror two glyphs horizontally and narrow one a little. Using only the
outlines (as curves); I won't distribute the font file. Still fine under your
"use it for your designs" answer?

Trademark registration — I'd like to register the resulting logo as a
trademark. Are you OK with that, since it uses modified SAIBA-45 letterforms?
I'll of course keep your copyright notice intact. A short "yes" would mean a lot
