[request enhancement] Implement progressive zoom level feature

Is it possibile to implement the progressive zoom level near airports?
This features is implemented in this fork of Ortho4XP by w8sl.
I tested it and it's a very good feature in my opinion.

I hope this feature will be implemented in this form which has some interesting features.

This option is provided.

As I pay a subscription for the coding assistant, I have a quota and a limit per week. I first finalize what is not going well yet.

Once Ortho V2 is properly stabilized, I will try to integrate this function.

Comme je paye un abonnement pour l'assistant de codage, j'ai un quota etun limite par semaine. Je finalise d'abord ce qui ne vas pas encore correctement.
