ISSUE [CONFLICT WITH OTHER EXTENSION]: Chapter title in video bar gets briefly translated back to non-original language when other extension changes the playback speed.

Description

When jumpcutter (https://github.com/WofWca/jumpcutter) detects silence, and skips it, it will playback the silent video at higher speeds. This interferes with the chapter translation

Steps to Reproduce (if you noticed a specific pattern)

1. Install both add-ons
2. Wait for a silent moment in the video
3. Wait for it to get skipped
4. look at the chapter title in the video bar

Environment

really doesn't matter, latest firefox, latest waterfox

Extension Settings

First four sections enabled; Original Audio Track. Rest disabled

That seems to have fixed it. It still partly fails if chapter names are between a pair of "
It simply removes the quotation marks.
