Problem
Bracket Pair Guides analyzes brackets through IntelliJ brace matchers.
Some languages in Rider and CLion are handled by the ReSharper backend and do not expose a compatible IntelliJ brace matcher.
As a result, the plugin cannot recognize bracket pairs in those files.

Add support for brace matching provided by the Rider/CLion ReSharper backend.
