[SHOULD] Color contrast pass — judges-from-afar readability

Goal

Judges typically view demos from 2-3 meters on a projector. Verify the neon arcade theme stays readable at that distance: enough contrast, font size, line weight.

Tasks

• Open UI on full-screen (1920×1080), step back ~2m, check readability of:
  • Validation accuracy pill
  • Activity mix bars
  • Fatigue Index numeric value
  • Confidence Index gauge
  • Sport / cadence labels
• Adjust any text < 18pt to ≥ 20pt for headline metrics
• Bump line weight on bars/borders if too thin
• Keep arcade aesthetic; do not flatten to corporate flat-design

Acceptance

• Walk-back test passes — all key numbers readable from 2m
• One side-by-side before/after screenshot in docs/screenshots/contrast_pass.png
