Connecting with whitelabled X3C01 controller

I am use a whitelabled X3C01 Controller. I couldn't connect it directly with Bluetooth. It is throwing invalid PIN on connecting. Can I buy new one somewhere for which I can code myself ?

I tried connecting the device to browser. I am getting an array buffer of size 20 on reading the joystick input. How to look out for input and trigger action in browser?
