Your have tokens that are public, which means people can use and abuse your tokens, you should probably remove then and generate new tokens for each platform you are using tokens from

Normally Discord just disables the token if they find that and as it is a public repository it should be disabled by now. i dont think they didnt find it yet. i once made an error on pushing a token on discord and immediately got a notification per email
