Add option of adding custom namespace in helm chart

Description

• Currently, XkOps is deployed in the default namespace. To deploy XkOps in any custom namespace, update the helm chart and add a new parameter that inputs the namespace. This value will be picked from the values.yaml file.
• You need to update manifests related to XkOps, you need to pass the namespace with templatization.
