Reports that keyboard shortcuts are not working

Reported during XUG that keyboard shortcuts are not working - will investigate.

Shortcuts work fine on 2.2.1 on Windows for me.

Issue may be move to QT6 which does do cross-platform the same way, and macos is looking for ctrl instead of meta keys.

For cross-platform support, need to add both Control and Meta shortcuts for each action where relevant.

edit - reported that user was using PC, so not sure. Waiting on confirmation from user using latest beta version 2.2.1

Additional info from Steve Gatesy - macOS, shortcut keys drop out intermittently. interacting with buttons in the UI for a couple of frames fixes it.

The fix for #15 might have fixed this (or #14 ?). Still not hearing any more reports about shortcut keys dropping out.
