Unhandled Exception: Bad state: Cannot add event after closing

hey I'm using this package with arduino BasicOTA,
but when I using this function 
` upgrade(
        InternetAddress(
          "192.168.11.90",
        ),
        bytes.buffer.asUint8List(),
        port: 3232,
      );`
get error : Bad state: Cannot add event after closing
