Clicking on a topic tag should create a search based on that topic

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Tags look clickable, but they don't do anything. I'd love it if I could click on a topic tag and then the site would show me speakers on the same topic.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Click on Tag topic

2. Search populates with that topic and shows similar speakers

Should have search accept URL params and do a redirect?
