Why do you want to join as a maintainer?
I'm a developer and PowerShell enthusiast who uses it daily, automating workflows, writing send-to scripts, recursively extracting file contents into clipboard, building small tools for myself. Nothing production-scale yet, but that's part of why I want this.
I'm also deep into Windows internals, which gives me a useful lens for understanding what PS is actually doing under the hood. I know what maintainer work looks like, triaging issues, reviewing PRs, keeping the project healthy, and I'm actively pursuing maintainer roles in other technologies I know well.
I think contributing here will push me to go deeper in PowerShell in a way that self-study alone doesn't. I want skin in the game.
What skills do you bring as a maintainer?
PowerShell is my daily driver, automation, file ops, system tooling, so I'm already the target user of this module. I also have a genuine interest in Windows internals, which helps when debugging issues that touch the notification stack.
For maintainer work specifically: I can triage issues, reproduce bugs, and keep the project responsive. That's what's needed here, and I'm ready for it.
Public links to articles, code, or other resources that demonstrate your skills.
I'm working on some OSS code that's for now private, not able to share, the rest is a few public repos on my Github, not much related to PS though.
