Expected behavior
Match candidates are oriented correctly in the inspection image and hotspots appear within the annotation box.
Current behavior
Match candidate isn't rotated correctly and displays hotspots outside of the annotation box.

Steps to reproduce
View the inspection images of candidates 2 and 3 in this match result. While the coin is in the primary image's annotation box, it's outside of the annotation for the match candidates yet is highlighted as a hotspot.
Notes
@goddesswarship and @holmbergius dug into this on a call and explored examples of this in ARW. A summary of findings so far:
- Possible Hotspotter bug in orientation rendering. Theta is missing when inspected in obrowse.
- In the the above example, the coin is creating false positive even though it's outside of the annotation box.
- Orientation network failed to predict a theta.
