relative path for sample creation #46

A relative path is not handled correctly when using CreateSampleApp.sh.

Example:
./CreateSampleApp.sh ./App -ios true -android true

The folder will be created under ./Scripts, where WikitudePhoneGapSampleGenerator.sh is located.
Install then fails at cp.
