Kiosk / dashboard mode for wall-mounted tablets

Why

A tablet mounted in the kitchen needs a simplified, always-on, tap-to-complete view rather than the full admin UI — glanceable from across the room and safe for kids to interact with directly.

Proposed approach

• A dedicated dashboard route: today's chores per person, large tap targets, no navigation chrome
• Screen-wake handling suitable for a permanently-mounted tablet
• Installed via the PWA (PWA foundation: installable app (manifest + service worker) #32) for a fullscreen, browser-chrome-free experience

#28 (theme system), #32 (PWA foundation).

Acceptance criteria

• Kiosk view is readable and usable from a few feet away on a tablet
• Completing a chore from kiosk mode works without exposing edit/admin actions
