Why

Without a pause mechanism, going away for a week means coming home to a wall of overdue chores and broken streaks. A one-click pause per person or for the whole household avoids that.

Proposed approach

• Add a pause toggle at the user or household level with an optional resume date
• While paused, due-today computation and round-robin rotation (Persistent feedback widget (bug report / feature request) #34) skip the paused user/household
• Streaks are preserved, not reset, across a pause

Depends on

#34 (smart recurrence / round-robin) — pausing needs to interact correctly with rotation so a paused member doesn't get skipped-but-still-rotated-to.

Acceptance criteria

• Pausing a user stops their chores from showing overdue and excludes them from round-robin
• Pausing the household does the same for everyone
• Streaks aren't broken by a pause
