"when you use Auto Raman it reports the chosen parameters in terms of averaging and exposure time, however when I try the (apparent) same settings manually I get a notably different spectrum intensity (higher in auto), is there something else going one that automode plays with? The gain settings seem the same so I am not sure what else could be happening?
