Arrow keys/WASD to scroll

Wangview maps should be scrollable. New terrain should be generated on the fly to fill the space. Scrolling should work with the arrow keys and possibly WASD (if WASD is used, the key layout should be configurable to support eg. AZERTY keyboards)

I'll start working on #8 to make the job easier; in the meantime, let me know if you have any questions about the algorithms used.

The code is better organised and documented in #12 (branch). Of course I can still answer questions :)
