OK! I will add a function on toolpath connection (i.e., CFS) in 2024. It is noteworthy that NEPath plans 2D toolpaths. If you need to plan 3D toolpaths like CAM, I think that you can try to transform the 2D toolpaths into 3D.

Oh, It's a good news. What's more, I want to know how to smooth the contour when using contour parallel, the sharp path isn't suitable for robot.

As I know, the reqirement is "path smoothing" or "trajectory smoothing". Some works on additive manufacturing or CNC machining may be helpful. Three typical methods are as follows.
