Add option to disable saturation animation

This animation makes it impossibile to scroll quickly through pictures because they all look black and white. Also, if you're on a slow connection it takes a while to load the full color version, and you have no way to know if the picture is black and white or if it's still loading.

An option to completely disable this would be nice, just show a blank image while it's loading.
