Port Victor's new python functions into this repository

Hey @victormurcia, your repo https://github.com/victormurcia/dftcluster2tensor has allot of good stuff in it. Can you find a way to port it directly into the main branch of this working repo?

I think a streamlit app is a nice approach, but I know dean and others would prefer things if the GUI is optional, and they can handle the base functions in their jupyter notebooks.

Sure thing! The streamlit app I think is a nice way to demo the workflow (especially if we deploy it via streamlit since it is then accessible through a web browser). Ultimately, we can easily turn the routines into a pip installable package quite easily, but I want the full suite ported before doing that.
