Track multiple projects in parallel

I really love TimeScribe! It's an awesome and handy way to track my work in different projects during the day. But I came up with a problem that exists in the app and that's the tracing of parallel work. Especially in the age of AI you might work on different tasks/projects in parallel but you can only have a single active time tracker. It's also not possible to add time manually for a time frame that is already "used".

So it would be great to have these two features included:

1. Run multiple time trackers in parallel (for different tasks / projects)
2. Add / Edit time frames even if they have been used by other trackings already
