Feature: Reorder Projects and Project Folder

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have a lot of projects, some splitted into activity type and I have a hard time finding the one I want when switching project. I name them thinking they would be listed alphabetically, but they are listed by "date created"

Or we could see it the other way around, keeping the projects, and be able to create activies in them.

Calling a Project Template would be awesome when creating a new one (activities, color, emoji, rate, meta)

Describe the solution you'd like

• Be able to reorder them manually (by dragging); and/or
• Be able to list them alphabetically
• Be able to group them into folders (or similar to Clockify's Locations)
• The above solution would nice as we could have the KPIs at the Folder level, then per Project.

Example

PROJECT 1
-> Meetings
-> Studies
-> Design
-> Technical support

PROJECT 2
-> Meetings
-> Studies
-> Design
-> Technical support

Active timer would display something like PROJECT1:Meetings
