--Patternfile option does not read my .bed file?

I have specified --Patternfile with the following .bed file:

But received an error:

I have the minimum 3 columns needed for .bed file in USSC. I wonder if I am missing something

Could you please convert your bed file to the .pa file with the format below:

It seems that .bed fille was implemented later for scanning module, and thus not be recognized by non-scan module now.
