Conda Installation: Environment not resolving.

Hello,

I have been attempting to install RepeatHMM as per your instructions using the environment.yml file. However, the environment will not resolve. I have left it running for 60+ hours with no installation or solving of the environment. Is there any advice you can give me?

Hi @AliSTaylor , it seems to be the issue of conda, but I am not sure.
You can also try to install dependent package by yourself. Please refer to https://github.com/WGLab/RepeatHMM/blob/master/docs/Install.md for the detail. Feel free to share the issues that you might have.
