Transfer vote frontend issues

Various things to considerfound during large meeting regarding vote transfer.

• Active transfers regarding me (source, target) should be shown on top
• Large groups with lots of options make lists for vote transfer hard to use (100+ members!) (Search? Select transfer in another kind of view?)
• Take back vote should be its own interaction, not in the list. (With confirm)
• Some participants don't understand the connection to the current electoral register - some think transfer is immediate and applies to existing polls, so we might need to inform them some way.
• Select box isn't ordered alphabetically, and some kind of select with search should be used.
• Transfer vote action on small screen gets pushed outside the viewport.
• Alphabetic order, always (Lists, tables etc)
