On sender view - [x] If there are flags, display them and the number of proposals matching. If clicked, select those proposals. (Same interaction as with tags! - [x] Option to block proposals. Display it as a switch. - [ ] Start other kinds of polls from the polls menu. Not as a quick option, but at least preselected. (The same form as the regular one) - [x] Private or upcoming polls aren't visible in the polls menu
