Interest in live updating for the web ui?

I was thinking about adding websocket based live updating in the web ui, maybe with CRDTs later for the issue edit screen etc.

If you'd take the PR I'll whip it up!

Yeah that's definitely a solid idea. So far we've already implemented a 15-second polling for updates as well as Focus revalidation. So we're already past needing a full page refresh to see changes, but it does have a delay. I only held off on doing a lot of websocket/SSE stuff because it would change a lot of the backend code. Writes come in from both the REST API and the MCP server, so whatever pushes events has to catch both. But if you can find a well scoped change to get something like that up and running id love to see it!

Totally get it. I have something ugly that works that meets those criteria already, I'll make it not ugly and chuck up a PR for your perusal this week. been using it a while
