[Bug]: setting's sync message not used on stage & commit

Description

Setting a sync message in the settings:

I would expect it to be used in the Stage & Commit dialogs Commit Message field:

But it uses the default message.

Minimal Reproduction

Install lates version on Android, add a repo, configure a sync message, change one file, press stage & commit -> wrong message shown
