Is the difference in text between README.md and en-US/full_description.txt intentional?

I ask because I recently translated en-US/full_description.txt, and I would regret the time spent if the ‘source of truth’ is README.md rather than en-US/full_description.txt, and after making changes to the former, the changes were not promptly synchronised with the metadata files.

Very honestly, I have not had a chance to look at the metadata and make sure it's updated just yet!
It's only used for the open source releases, so I'm trying to find time to make sure it's used for official releases too before updating it based on the README. I believe the metadata DOES match what is shown on Play Store for the most part.

I apologise for the time wasted updating the translations, but I appreciate the effort greatly! I will try to prioritise these changes so they can happen sooner 🙏🏾
