Roadmap for the first release

• gulp configuration in pieces so that plugins may register gulp tasks for features that they are using
• plugins should be able to register global features which are available for all features (e.g. pm2 service launcher)
• documentation what are services / features / utility method and when you should write feature instead of helper method
• add dodo-es5-kickstart, dodo-es6-kickstart and dodo-babel-kickstart projects projects and make travis to run CI for them
• what else... tbd
