ConsoleOutputHandler: method required to clear the console

This is a beginner issue for someone not familiar with Git workflow to learn how to do a branch, pull request etc! If you're brand new take this one on!

The ConsoleOutputHandler is used to output messages to the user. It needs a method to clear the current console to provide a blank slate for sending new messages.

Not quite a beginner issue, since clearing the console in java is more complicated than it seems. Every operating system handles it differently, so it requires some research and testing.

Though I guess you don't need a lot of programming expertise to implement this, just plenty of googling.

I can't find the ConsoleOutputHandler anywhere in the project.

@muktadirkhan889 The menu branch on this fork is the main branch that we are adding all these features to at this time. You can find ConsoleOutputHandler there.

I'd like to expand this into a more full featured console renderer, but I would need to be able to assume ANSI escape codes are valid to do so. This is not a default feature of all terminal emulators especially within windows. That could be resolved by adding JNA as a dependency to allow us to properly set flags for conhost.exe but I hesitate on adding platform specific code.
