[TEST] GrantFox platform smoke test #3 — label sync & filtering

⚠️ THIS IS A TEST ISSUE — DO NOT WORK ON IT.
It exists only to exercise the GrantFox platform (label sync and filtering). It is not part of any campaign, carries no reward, and will be closed once testing is done. Please ignore it.

PURPOSE

Verify that GitHub labels applied at publish time are mirrored into GrantFox and are usable as filters.

WHAT IS BEING TESTED

• The good first issue label applied here appears on the GrantFox issue record.
• grantfox_list_issues with labels=good first issue returns this issue.
• Filtering by a label this issue does not have excludes it.

EXPECTED RESULT

Label appears on both platforms; filter queries include/exclude this issue correctly.

Note: this issue deliberately carries NO reward labels (Maybe Rewarded, GrantFox OSS, campaign labels) so it cannot be mistaken for paid work.
