[Feature Request] Buying charge ammo from CE for intel

It would be nice to have the ability purchase ammo for intel if CE is enabled, since you can already purchase charge weaponry.

That'd probably be on the CE team to do. There's a super simple mod extension to make things available in the contraband menu.
