Preprocessing pipeline deadline (19th April)

Great work! It is mentioned in the Readme that the entire preprocessing pipeline, and the preprocessed data for Artemis will be released by 19th April. Is there any timeline when this will be done? Especially the SMAL fitting part, and the preprocessed data?

I've not been able to reproduce the results by preprocessing the data following the paper - and would like to report the most optimal results for comparison.

Hi @toshi2k2, sorry for the delay! Some scripts are already available in the preprocessing folder. The remaining ones (e.g., SMAL fitting) should be ready next week. Let me know if you need all the preprocessed data in the meantime.

Getting all the preprocessed would be great for reproduction of the strand training and generation part.

I think I've also narrowed down to another issue - the scale.npy (and by extension the projection file) might also be the problem. I do calculate the scaling and projection for other animals with my own code - but although its a good fit, the panda one you release is a perfect fit - if you release the code you use to estimate this parameters as well - would be great.
