diff_gaussian_rasterization_hair library missing

Thanks for your great work. The submodules/GaussianHaircut folder doesn't seem to have the diff_gaussian_rasterization_hair library under ext/. Is your kernel the same as the one here - https://github.com/eth-ait/GaussianHaircut/tree/main/ext/diff_gaussian_rasterization_hair?
