Looking around a bit, I'm not quickly seeing a guide or example game-specific server config. I'm going to tentatively reopen this, but we might not get a response from someone with more insight because Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is no longer actively being developed and this issue tracker isn't really a suitable place for game specific issues.

I really appreciate Valve's ability to provide a public IP and forward ports in Source games such as TF2, CS:S and CS2 and would love to be able to use such feature in CS:GO. I apologize in regards to opening an issue on Github since I wasn't able to find much online.
