Software hot-fix to the beta

• Hot fix compatibility problem with Klipper versions above v0.13.0-35.
  NOTE: This is not backward compatible and requires changes from the user. See: Update back-end / klipper compatibility fix / add feature (and required changes) klipper-toolchanger#32 (comment)

Reorganise

• Move sample config files from the packaged zip file to the Klipper_Config folder on the front page.
  • Allows the ability to hot fixes bugs in the future
  • Clarifying which version of the software does the sample configs are for.
