There is no documentation on how to organize projects on github for researchers

Researchers would like to know how to structure things on github. For instance, is a lab protocol a separate repository or do you put all protocols in a single repository? Do you create sub-teams or work under 1 team? When do you make a new repository?

We should provide recommendations for this.
