Failing to get graphics cards for Dell AIO system

Our Login Background script is failing due to an issue detecting the video card (WallpaperManager function Get-Cards)

This was detected on a test AIO system that Jesse brought over from CI to test migrating over to CAS. It is available in my office to look at as needed.
