Adding new team members to alum or current member pages is defective

Try adding another member (Asha Chen-Phang) to the current site. Notice how this offsets the rest of the images incorrectly. If you add this member to the bottom of the list of alum page, this issue doesn't occur.

The height of the team member divs are different. Some of the divs stack up in weird ways.

This issue could be solved using a jquery library: Masonry (http://masonry.desandro.com/)
