Cytometry in R - Course Update and Bonus Content

Hello everyone, just a short update note.

We will be back to our weekly Cytometry in R schedule starting the third week of June (Monday, June 15th).

This upcoming section will be primarily Spectral Flow Cytometry focused:

• "Week 12" will cover how to extract fluorescent signatures from our unmixing controls (single-color and unstained).
• "Week 13" focuses on comparing these fluorescent signatures via various metrics, including similarity (cosine), panel complexity (kappa), and unmixing-dependent spreading (collinearity).
• "Week 14" revolves around unmixing, with the goal of demystifying what often seems like a black-box.

While waiting for things to start back up (and as supplementary material for Week 14), I have uploaded three bonus walk-throughs to the course website in the meantime. These include:

• A walk-through on how to unmix in R using TRU-OLS (by providing a wrapper around the original Julia code)
• A walk-through on how to unmix in R using AutoSpectral
• And the overdue walk-through for Concatenate
