Small edits for the text version of the Week11 walkthrough:

1. Housekeeping part still has Week10 folder (not that it should confuse anyone who got to week11:))
2. In the GatingSet setup portion these two lines seem to be duplicates:
   SFC_cytoset <- load_cytoset_from_fcs(fcs_files, truncate_max_range=FALSE, transformation=FALSE)
   SFC_GatingSet <- GatingSet(SFC_cytoset)
   SFC_cytoset <- load_cytoset_from_fcs(fcs_files, truncate_max_range=FALSE, transformation=FALSE)
   SFC_GatingSet <- GatingSet(SFC_cytoset)

I needed to correct the 2nd line :
StorageLocation <- file.path("data") OutputFolder <- file.path("outputs") originally both point to "data"
for .pdfs to go in to the 'outputs' folder after running
purrr::walk(.x=SFC_GatingSet, .f=Utility_GatingPlots, sample.name = "GUID", removestrings = ".fcs", gtFile = GatesToApply,returnType="pdf", outpath=OutputFolder)

I don't see the homework_week11 branch to create a pull request for take-home problems. Am I missing it?

Can you also add the homework folder under the course, week 11 folder so we can find it in Positron?

Thanks Lynn, added, checked and found that week 10 was also missing a homework folder, so added one there as well. They should be available via the last commit. Best- David
